Ever heard this old yarn?

What does this even mean?
Non-common carriers are not required to compensate
you for goods that are lost or damaged in transit.

So what can I do?
By asking your transport provider to apply the FreightSafe Warranty to your account, your goods are covered against loss or damage in transit*
As of the 10th of November 2023, changes to legislation around
“Unfair Contact Terms” mean that all carriers should provide their customers with a level of cover to protect your goods through a Warranty, or similar.
If your transport provider doesn’t offer the FreightSafe Warranty,
ask them to be in touch with us to get them set-up quickly.
